Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting The Craft Kitten! Every order is carefully packed by me with love and attention to detail.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Saturday.

• Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when applicable, once your order has been dispatched.

Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

🇨🇦 Canada Shipping

Jewelry

• Free Lettermail (Untracked): Estimated delivery within 2–14 business days.

• Tracked Shipping Upgrade: Estimated delivery within 2–8 business days.

Crystals and Larger Items

• Shipped using tracked Canada Post services.

• Estimated delivery within 2–8 business days.

Free tracked shipping is automatically applied to Canadian orders of $75 CAD or more before taxes. No discount code is required.

🇺🇸 United States Shipping

• Orders are shipped using tracked services.

• Estimated delivery within 2–8 business days, but delivery may occasionally take up to 14 business days.

All applicable duties and tariffs are included in the shipping cost through Delivered Duty Paid shipping. You won’t be required to pay additional duties or tariffs at delivery.

Fragile Items

All crystals, gemstones and other fragile items are carefully wrapped and securely packaged to help protect them during transit. Appropriate padding and protective packaging are used based on the size, weight and shape of each item.

Please inspect fragile items as soon as your order arrives and keep all packaging until you have confirmed that everything arrived safely.

Combined Shipping

If your order contains multiple items, I’ll package everything together whenever possible to help reduce waste and keep your order secure.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed. These estimates are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, high shipping volumes or postal service disruptions are outside my control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge before they can be resent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost Parcels

If your tracked package appears to be lost, please contact me as soon as possible so I can review the tracking information and help you with the next steps.

Untracked Lettermail does not include tracking or insurance. Once an untracked order has been mailed, I cannot monitor its location, guarantee its delivery or replace items lost by the postal service.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Clear photos of all sides of the damaged item

• Photos of the shipping box or mailer

• Photos of the internal packaging

• A photo of the shipping label

• Your order number and a brief description of the damage

Please keep the damaged item and all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed. Once evaluated, I’ll offer a replacement when one is available or issue an appropriate refund. Because many crystals are one of a kind, an identical replacement may not always be possible.
