Returns

I have a 30-day return policy on most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Final Sale and holiday items are excluded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with any tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please include:

• Clear photos of all sides of the item

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

• A photo of the shipping label

• Your order number and a brief description of the issue

Please keep the damaged item and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. Once the issue has been evaluated, I’ll offer a replacement when one is available or issue an appropriate refund. Because many crystals are one of a kind, an identical replacement may not always be possible.

One-of-a-kind crystals and natural variations

For listings marked “Exact Piece Pictured,” the exact crystal shown in the listing photos is the piece you will receive.

For stock-photo or intuitively selected items, the crystal you receive may naturally vary in colour, pattern, clarity, inclusions, shape and size. These natural characteristics are part of what makes each crystal unique and are not considered defects.

Mystery and Crystal Confetti products

Mystery and Crystal Confetti products contain a surprise assortment. Contents will vary and cannot be returned or exchanged because of crystal preferences or exchanged for specific crystals.

If your mystery or confetti order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, please contact me so I can make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

I cannot accept returns for:

• Custom, personalized or special-order products

• Holiday items

• Final Sale or sale items

• Gift cards

• Mystery or Crystal Confetti products due to personal preferences

• Worn, used or altered items

Please contact me if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

One-of-a-kind items may be returned for a refund when eligible, but they cannot be exchanged for an identical piece.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If an order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with any tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

I’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
