Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting The Craft Kitten! Every order is carefully packed by me with love and attention to detail.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Saturday.
- Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when applicable) once your order has been dispatched.
🇨🇦 Canada Shipping
Jewelry
- Free Lettermail (Untracked): Estimated 2–14 business days.
- Tracked Shipping Upgrade: Estimated 2–8 business days.
Crystals & Larger Items
- Shipped via tracked Canada Post services.
- Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days.
Free tracked shipping is available on Canadian orders of $75 CAD or more (before taxes) with discount code: "75SHIPCA".
🇺🇸 United States Shipping
- Orders are shipped using tracked services.
- Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days (may occasionally take up to 14 business days).
All applicable duties and tariffs are included in your shipping cost (Delivered Duty Paid). You won't have to pay additional fees at delivery.
Combined Shipping
If your order contains multiple items, I'll package everything together whenever possible to help reduce waste and keep your order secure.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, or postal service disruptions are outside my control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your tracked package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help.
Untracked Lettermail does not include tracking or insurance. Once mailed, I cannot guarantee delivery or replace items lost by the postal service.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can find the best solution.
